Is the live chat room unavailable for everybody at the moment or is it just me?? I need to get in touch with an agnent and cannot use my phone !!!

@Juliana If you have Skype on whatever device you're using to post here, you can call customer service for free over WiFi on +44 800 032 1402. You're more likely to get a better result speaking to someone rather than using Live Chat.
