Issues moving to a Rolling Plan

Just need to let of steam with my despair at spending 20 mins on the phone to move over to the £15 Rolling Plan, after being told it doesn't exist and I either have to top up and have a Big Bundle or go onto Pay Monthly. (Despite it very clearly being advertised to me...)

 

In the end I told them it doesn't matter and I'll do it through the app. So just done it through the app, entered payment details and it appeared to go through - however app doesn't reflect and haven't received any confirmation text or email.

 

Why does it have to be so difficult!?!?

Few hours later and nothing has updated so it appears the changeover hasn't worked.

 

Any suggestions as to why?
