Hello, Been with O2 since June. Had issues topping up each time. Now no card works even as a guest. I signed up for auto op up, worked fine but now can't cancel it. Is it a call them thing?
Also unable to change my tariff. That needs doing before 26th Sept. I'm with O2 as Channel Island landlines work even though not part of bundle. Can't chance moving to rolling contract incase that stops. Thanks for any helpful payment info.

The only advice we can give you is to contact o2 on 4445 and also all the ways to topup can be found here Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

Note Guernsey and Jersey now included in your normal allowance on PAYG:
"We cover roaming in our Europe Zone as part of our tariffs. So, your minutes, texts and data (subject to our 25GB Europe Zone limit) will work in our Europe Zone, just like they do at home."

There are a couple of online services in that guide mentioned as well, and think the one mentioned is well trusted..

As you can see from the link I posted, the same freedoms apply to Contract as well on O2, @Nicnac123 - as you mentioned holding off on a Rolling contract (?) in case that functionality stopped as a result of your change ...
