Help anyone ? Porting how long?

hi guys can anyone help please?  Porting from ee to o2 new phone 

 

On friday I was told porting would take place at 6pm and I'm to wait for the texts, I still havent received any.

is it usually this long to transfer phone number from ee to o2? When will I get the texts or is something wrong and I need to talk to o2?

Normally takes around 48-72 hours though porting isn't done at weekend. I would call them between 8-8.30 in the morning.

If requested on Friday it won't happen until Tuesday.

Apparently the port was scheduled to take place at 6pm Friday. I would call them to make doubly sure.

I contacted them Thursday morning, on Friday afternoon having nothing thru I contacted them again they said its down as porting at 6pm Friday, soooo I'll wait a bit longer then if it's tomorrow that it happens ....if nothing happens I'll contact them again cheers 👍
