I raised a request with O2 about a year ago to port in my 4 numbers from another provider, to date they still haven't completed this and because in the portal it shows the original assigned porting in requests with the dates I am unable to raise a new request. Getting hold of the help desk previously was unfruitful as all i received were promises to fix it, these were never delivered either.
Has anyone else had issues like this?
Is it just me or are O2 just a big brand that don't care about their customers?

Are you saying the accounts are still active on the original provider. If so your best bet is to get a PAC code for each one from that provider and give to O2
If, on the other hand, those accounts have closed then any chance of retrieving those numbers is slim indeed after a year
