Hi everyone,

In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward slight_smile

If you spot any further issue too, please let us know in the comments!

Current issues being looked into

-These have been reported to the platform provider and are being investigated-

  • Kudos and posting box window not working correctly in the blog section
  • New comments on Blog articles (Reviews or Guides) in Unread posts link to the initial post and not the latest comments
  • Read comments stuck in Unread Posts even after being read

Current feedback being looked into

-These are being discussed with the different teams involved in the project-

  • Various differences between Mobile view and Full view (list here)
  • Size of the homepage header
  • Image in the hompage header
  • Lack of board structure on the homepage

Thanks for your patience while we work our way through all the above, and for your help spotting identifying and gathering feedback nerd

Yeah, that "Unread Messages" when they've clearly all been read is a pain - posting this here before I go in with my machete and "Mark all Posts Read":

At least the machete still works yahoo

I had it this morning too after @EmilieT had been moving some posts around to different boards.

Thank you, @Cleoriff.

I am caked-out, older son's girlfriend is an ace cake baker, and with me and daughters 1 (21) and 2 (18) all in the same week for birthdays, the house has been mayhem most of last week.

S'why I have booked the day off today, just to chill and enjoy the summer (!) weather - it's blowing a gale here this mornng, although it is, at the moment, dry (unlike my actual birthday, which was a washout!).

I blame the sugar rush for my next post here btw! Crazy LOL

And here's a weird one for @EmilieT and the team:

Take a look at anyone's "Latest Topics" list, what do you notice about the date poste, particularly the "month" field?

I know Lithium's an "old" platform, but even in my COBOL days, the date/time formatting functions were inviolable:

           05  WS-CURRENT-DATE.
               10  WS-CURRENT-YEAR         PIC 9(04).
               10  WS-CURRENT-MONTH        PIC 9(02).
               10  WS-CURRENT-DAY          PIC 9(02).

@liggerz87 I know you've been talking to @Marjo about this to get to the bottom of the issue slight_smile In case anyone else has the same problem, they can let us know here as well!

@pgn @Cleoriff @MI5

Regarding the unread post problem, we know it's intermittent and doesn't affect everyone at the same time so it's a tricky one to fix - that being said, while the platform provider is investigating it on their end, being able to update them with the info you provided has continuously been helpful so thanks for your help!

When either of you are experiencing this, if you can get a screen recording of the problem, it would also be very useful. I know that on a MAC, in order to get a screen recording, you can simply hit command+shift+5. I'm not sure what the schortcut or program is on Windows, or any mobile phone, but if anyone knows but share it here so others can have a chance to grab a quick screen recording of the issue!

@pgn That's the funniest bug I've ever seen joy Leave it with me for now, I'll get it looked at slight_smile

I`ve had that for weeks but haven`t mentioned it before as I thought it was just me having this glitch.

Maybe it`s a new calendar to fit in with the datestamp [where date flicks to new day at 23.00]? joy
