Hi everyone,

In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward slight_smile

If you spot any further issue too, please let us know in the comments!

Current issues being looked into

-These have been reported to the platform provider and are being investigated-

  • Kudos and posting box window not working correctly in the blog section
  • New comments on Blog articles (Reviews or Guides) in Unread posts link to the initial post and not the latest comments
  • Read comments stuck in Unread Posts even after being read

Current feedback being looked into

-These are being discussed with the different teams involved in the project-

  • Various differences between Mobile view and Full view (list here)
  • Size of the homepage header
  • Image in the hompage header
  • Lack of board structure on the homepage

Thanks for your patience while we work our way through all the above, and for your help spotting identifying and gathering feedback nerd

Hi, all.

As the new thread hasn't been created yet, I thought I would provide a ticket update on this one below.

The post flooding ticket has now been updated. Apparently, it is now fixed and live on our community. However, as @RafaC and I are on Macs, it is difficult for us to test this. Could any members please let me know if this has now been resolved for them? I can then update the ticket.

From what I can see, emojis still aren't working for certain members, which is a part of this ticket (I can raise this if it is still the case). But, I'm interested to see if actual post flooding is still an issue or not. Thanks very much.

Just got post flooding in @RafaC' welcome post, he snuck a smiley in at the top that I could not eradicate (mobile smilies are renowned for their sticking power ..)

Will try again shortly via laptop.

I'll try it again @lewys-gp  but it wasn't working this morning.

Results of test is a big fat NO.

First thing it says (in red box) Correct Highlighted areas. Press again and Post Flooding appears.

Windows 10 computer.

Latest forum fail is this. On Windows PC. Sign in page appears, I click sign in and I get this security check.

security check.JPG

It sends a code to my phone. However if anyone can see a box where I should type the code, I'll give them a £1000!!

So I search in vain for a few minutes and happened to notice this at the top ....

sec check2.JPG

So I was obviously signed in but I wasn't taken to the home page. So that's been missed. I've tried it again and again get the Security check page but I'm actually signed in.

Luckily I have yesterdays Community emails so can get past that security 'block' by clicking on an old email!

I've worked on some forums but can honestly say this is the worst. @Martin-O2 @lewys-gp @RafaC

I found @Cleoriff's box - where's my prize?

FYI, it forced me to change my o2.co.uk password after the pin was entered, so no idea if I'll be able to get back into the Forum later 😬
