I have recently spoken to Mohammed in customer service who was patient, very knowledgeable and spent 40 minutes going through various settings and functions on my new phone. He also sent me various technical emails which explained every function on the phone.
On one of the emails, along with his personal contact details (which he was happy to give me) was a feedback address which is below.

I have two phones on the same account but can only find one bill the phone numbers i refer to end 1) 4386 & 2) 4381 can you please put both bills on the same account so that i can view them together
