I have recently spoken to Mohammed in customer service who was patient, very knowledgeable and spent 40 minutes going through various settings and functions on my new phone. He also sent me various technical emails which explained every function on the phone.
On one of the emails, along with his personal contact details (which he was happy to give me) was a feedback address which is below.
feedback@o2.com
Simple really and I presume this can be used for both positive and negative feedback, positive in my case!:smileyhappy:

Android can be a bit magical can't it?
I'm looking forward to an upgrade from 2.2 as soon as someone gets some stock, I might get a Nexus 4!

It's certainly getting some good write-ups and I would possibly have gone with that had I waited.

By the time I get round to it the S3 might have come down a bit, I would prefer that really.
Struggling with justifying the expense, but with Chhristmas coming up I might take the plunge!

Nice, Jonsie! Thanks for the email address. I suspect it may prove very useful to me one not-so-distant day.
