The problem is being discussed a lot on Twitter via O2 link. Problem is we are all customers like yourselves on this forum and no-one from O2 will see your posts here....
The only advice being given on Twitter is to 'keep trying and report back'. No reason given for the problem..

I'm on live chat to o2 who say I need to speak to Sky and on the phone to Sky who say I need to speak to o2!! So frustrating. I havent been able to access my email since yesterday midday. Arghhh!!

Ok I am having the same problem and the Sky Forums are packed out with the same issue. They blame o2 and only Sky and o2 know thw truth of it.. We, the paying fools, are sat in the middle.
So this is what I am going to do. o2 have until the end of today 15 August 2015 to fix the problem or go public, somewhere where we can find their message, to tell US what's happening.
Failing that I am going to file an official complaint under their Complaints Procedure and I hope everyone else does the same. It's the best way to tie up their Execs and get some action.....I suspect most of the staff up the o2 food chain don't even know there's a problem.
So let everyone who o2 have screwed up without explanation take the same route. File an official complaint under their Complaints Procedure.

It obviously originated as an O2 problem due to the fact that this Forum and MyO2 app were also inaccessible yesterday. Neither of those have anything to do with Sky.....
As Live Chat are outsourced I doubt they will have any idea of the issue and when it will be resolved. It is still being reported on Twitter

Quite obviously an O2 issue as the forum and MyO2 were also unavailable yesterday. They went back on at 11pm last night...
