I think this is totally disgusting from O2. Myself and my partners emails have been down for nearly 48hours, when are O2 going to do something about this, there has been no acknowledgement, that there is a problem and there has been no offer of any solution. I am thinking of going to another provider who looks after its customers??????

No and you wont on here @Anonymous. This is a customer to customer forum so O2 wont report on here. They are responding on Twitter though...but giving no time when email will be restored https://twitter.com/O2/with_replies

we too have had no e-mails since yesterday afternoon. Sky did say that the o2 server was down. The problem hasnt been fixed today.

All I will say is this ...yesterday O2 had THREE login issues all at the same time

1) Forum ....couldn't login

2) My O2...couldn't login

3) Emails...Couldn't login

1) and 2) were resolved at 23.00 last night. The email problem is still not sorted

They must have clocked off at 11pm last night then!! Lol. And probably be limited working today seeing as it's the weekend......feeling very pessimistic 😞
