Does anyone know the email address for emailing complaints about O2, the guy on the chat gave me mycare.mail.co.uk but this is not valid

Tried the first email address and got email back saying closing that form of contact try live chat , seem funny as live chat gave me the first email address to beginning with have sent email to complaintreviewservice@o2.com and not had anything back in over 5 days .... Very poor service 😞

They can take 7-10 working days to respond but you should have got a confirmation email straight away.
