I'm on pay as you go at the moment, for a number of reasons, and have just had a cold call from O2 to try and get me to upgrade my contract and my phone.  I said I wanted to think about it just to get off the phone but she'll be calling me back next week.  

 

I've been with O2 for over 10 years and have been pretty happy but I'll be moving very soon if you continue cold calling me and putting pressure on me to buy stuff I don't want!!

Well now that the OP is a little more schooled on what this is hopefully it won't turn into one of those " how do I cancel an upgrade I opened up over the phone " threads.
