Don't give me the hard sell!!

I'm on pay as you go at the moment, for a number of reasons, and have just had a cold call from O2 to try and get me to upgrade my contract and my phone.  I said I wanted to think about it just to get off the phone but she'll be calling me back next week.

I've been with O2 for over 10 years and have been pretty happy but I'll be moving very soon if you continue cold calling me and putting pressure on me to buy stuff I don't want!!

As we are all customers on this forum, just like you, no one here is trying to sell you anything.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

If your phone has caller blocking facilities then add the number they phoned you on although they may use different variances.

Or you can write to o2 to be removed from their database.

Did you ask them who they are or get their phone number, it may not be O2 at all?

You could also register your mobile number with the TPS in the same way that you would register a landline which can reduce marketing calls

TPS is a total waste of time & not fit for purpose.

The fact that you're registered does give you some ammo if you need to push on with complaint.

If you haven't asked for companies not to call, you can't say a lot if they do.
