I have just been made aware that you plan to increase bills as of february next year. Just a note to say you wont be increasing mine at all not by one penny, Over the last 8 months the service I have recieved has been , to be frank , a load of rubbish. You are lucky I am even still paying for this below par service. I will be leaving you at the end of my contract with or without price increases ( you would have to pay me to stay). If my price is increased before then, then you will loose my custom as of the date the price increases. I dont care what your t&c's contain or dont contain the contract is already breached due to the fact I never have any service. you can swing for any money outstanding.
thankyou and good bye.

Just say what you mean, no messing about just give it to them with no holds barred!
I assume you didn't expect a reply to this did you?

Well just so you know, if you fail to pay any outstanding amounts o2 will happily swing your debt over to a collection agency and have nothing to do with you. Then you can have the enjoyment of dealing with CCJ's and future rejections for credit applications.
BTW, you did report the service issue to o2 didn't you? If you didn't then there is no breach of contract for service.

in the t&c it states that its beyond their control if outages happen from time to time so that can't be classed as a breach. My advice would be at the end of your contract go simplicity or pay as you go

I didnt expect a reply from o2 no
I just needed to vent. O2 can take me to court all they like. CCJS might aswell be wet tissue if you have no interest or need for any future credit anyway and no court in the land is sending bailifs to remove property over a month or two of unpaid phone bill.
