I have just been made aware that you plan to increase bills as of february next year. Just a note to say you wont be increasing mine at all not by one penny, Over the last 8 months the service I have recieved has been , to be frank , a load of rubbish. You are lucky I am even still paying for this below par service. I will be leaving you at the end of my contract with or without price increases ( you would have to pay me to stay). If my price is increased before then, then you will loose my custom as of the date the price increases. I dont care what your t&c's contain or dont contain the contract is already breached due to the fact I never have any service. you can swing for any money outstanding.

thankyou and good bye.

What's so difficult about approaching the manufacturer yourself? Most will send you a jiffy bag so all you have to do is put phone in a post box.

I just needed to vent. O2 can take me to court all they like. CCJS might aswell be wet tissue if you have no interest or need for any future credit anyway and no court in the land is sending bailifs to remove property over a month or two of unpaid phone bill.

It must be nice to be so wealthy and to be able to see so far into the future to know that you'll never ever have to ask for credit. If you're that wealthy, why are you complaining about something as insignificant as a faulty phone?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
