Credit refused

Dear Sir/Madam
 
I applied for an O2 SIM only account and this was refused on a credit check. Experian and Clearscore/Equifax say there are no problems with my credit score. Could you please advise precisely why I was refused so as I can attempt to address it?  I am-

They won't tell you, however, as this is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X)  (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

It amazes me that people like this walk amongst us posting all that PII data, I could go and order all sorts ands open accounts with all that PII Data...

As this is posted in Off Topic, the following observation should not inflame anyone: note the Report category of "Personally Identifiable Information" surely should be a thing, when "Report Content" is selected?

One would imagine this PII category has a higher priority for removal than "Something else"...

Same here. 'Something Else' is usually the category I choose. I give a clearer explanation in the text box.

The above categories, shown by @pgn, are taken straight from Facebook.

Now....let me put this out there.....if @Dave-O2 can get this implemented I see no possible reason or excuse that the damn pop up can't be tweaked as well
