Credit refused

Dear Sir/Madam

I applied for an O2 SIM only account and this was refused on a credit check. Experian and Clearscore/Equifax say there are no problems with my credit score. Could you please advise precisely why I was refused so as I can attempt to address it?  I am-

The pop up seems to have got worse (more frequent) since the log in changeover.

Keeps popping up in the middle of posting a reply!!
