You will be fine. They do not do another credit check that I know of and I used to be pretty bad at remembering to pay my bill several times.

I'd advise doing it online, I had to wait for a credit check when I upgrade via phone last time.

May be completely random that I was checked but I'd advise online anyway.
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

As far as I know they do a credit check again; but they also take into account your billing history and time with them.

In that case it could work for or against you. If your credit rating has gone down but you have about 6 months of clear billing (where the bill is paid on time and with no barring issues) then you should get it. If your credit rating is the same but you've got a really poor payment history then you might struggle.

Companies look for different things from credit ratings. Service companies like O2 are looking for ability to pay the monthly amounts and a history of good clear billing.

Hope this helps.
