Could O2 do more to reward loyalty?

Does anyone else feel taken for granted and undervalued? And that the customer perks are a waste of space? I've been with o2 twelve years and though the service is good, all they've given me is an early upgrade once when my phone dropped in the washing up.

I'd move but my credit rating is less than A1, if you get my drift...

Certainly is cheaper to get a better contract. I am on Unlimited calls and texts and now 3GB data

Yes it costs about £2 more a month than a tariff with fewer calls and texts.... (but what it £2 in the grand scheme of things?)

£2 nothing compared to an extra £160 a month 😞

If you are paying £30-£160 a month over your tariff it makes sense to upgrade your contract. No need to wait till december, just call 202, option 2 then hit zero straight away.

Best way Cam. You will definitely get something to suit your needs better than your current tariff. Good luck
