Priority is advertised as a reward for o2 customers.

My reward was to spend many hours yesterday trying to log on and get Peter Kay tickets. I say trying because I could not even log on!

Demand was overwhelming I hear you say- you are a provider of mobile phone services and there is no one else to shoulder the responsibility for providing access!

Guess what!
Priority is up and running now, but no Peter Kay tickets left.

Shameful effort from O2 to reward their customers

Most tickets have been moved to Ticketmaster and the Peter Kay Website and go on sale at 10am tomorrow.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

The problems where not just o2's as per the statement from SJM Concerts the promoters, issues where also on other parts of the chain.. 

Demand was always going to exceed supply for Peter Kay, and it is up to SJM how many tickets they allow o2 to be the conduit for....
