Contacting O2

Why is it so difficult to get in touch with o2? Been waiting on hold for 25mins listening to hideous hold music, you're a phone company, answer the phone. There's no way I'm paying to contact them to sort their mess ups. Any suggestions on how to get hold of some one in uk would be great.

are you joking???? have you ever tried to phone o2 or contact o2 as a customer, i think you should experience that first if you are going to give advice, sorry but have spent last five minutes trying to get an e-mail off to you guys and so many menus, and you are quick to tell me all your advisor are busy and how you could help me without actually helping!!!! what is happening to o2? used to be such a customercentric company

We are all customers on here. Yes I have many times phoned customer services and it has never taken as long as 25 minutes to get through. You must be just unlucky.

I even spoke with them today around 11am it took less than 5 minutes before i was talking with them and i was off the phone 5 minutes later. Pretty damn good service.

All the methods are in "Contact us" at the foot of this page.

Been there, tried that, twice! Still pointless as I said I'm not paying to call o2 to sort out the mess they've made and unfortunately I am in a hurry although at this rate I could probably send them a hand written letter quicker.

Are you phoning from a o2 mobile because its free by dialing 202.
Sorry but 25 mins on hold is nothing considering they have around 22 million customers.
