I have recently received a 'private message' from the O2 community manager. However, I'm having difficulty navigating to the right place where I can read and reply to my 'private message'. Can anyone help. Sorry to be a bit simplistic. But I have tried!

To confirm...this little envelope in top right hand corner is the one you click
It then displays all your PM's
Read the one you want and reply from there....
