I have a new O2 contract I just moved from T-mobile, I am not happy with my O2 contract. I never use up all my phone call minutes each month in my contact but they charge me for off peak phone calls, never with any other contract have I been charged extra for off peak phone calls, its a joke. How do I cancel my contact and how much does it cost?

There is a 7 day cooling off period within which you can cancel your contract. After that, you would have to pay off the remaining months, which, I would guess in your circumstance, is probably 18 or 24 months. So if you've gone past the 7 days, you're probably stuck for the remainder of your contract. Not much comfort, I'm sure.

if by off-peak, you mean after 7pm, before 7am then i would be very surprised if this existed on any o2 contract. I would contact customer services if i was you, as that doesn't sound right.
Are you sure the calls weren't to 0845, 0844, 800 numbers?
