Im not happy with O2 raising the price of my airtime contract above what I signed up for. This is just ethically wrong and means they can raise prices by whatever they want, merging with the appaling virgin media was always going to mean poor customer service like this.

I want to leave, but have an airtime and a monthly pay for my phone contract.

Can I keep the pay monthly phone contract but still leave airtime?

Be careful if you try. I’m currently in a situation where I was told this was possible only to then receive a letter telling me I had to pay for all my device upfront after they told me that’s not that case.

Well, technically you can.

But you must be within 30 days of you recieving the email and you must call 202 as instructed.

Ignore all offerers of a better tariff (they will con you) and get you PAC

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This is on the O2 website

I have received a communication about my right to exit.

If you’re not sure what to do, please get in touch to chat about alternative offers so we can find a perfect fit for you. All O2 customers have a right to exit without penalty and can do so within 30 days of receiving the communication.

Customers who have a device plan with us do need to pay this off in full but can continue to do so monthly or in one go. We do not apply price increases to device plans, unlike other operators.
