I have a new O2 contract I just moved from T-mobile, I am not happy with my O2 contract. I never use up all my phone call minutes each month in my contact but they charge me for off peak phone calls, never with any other contract have I been charged extra for off peak phone calls, its a joke. How do I cancel my contact and how much does it cost?

Thanks very much for that I was not told that, when I got the contact I asked did that include all landline and mobile numbers and was told it did. Will ring to check though.

but it is not a true landline as they are classed as non geographical numbers and on the trariffs page it makes it clear landline = 01 02 03 numbers

These aren't off peak charges, just your standard tariff charges.

You never said what phone you're using, but there's an app called 0800 Wizard which you can download for iPhone, Android, or Blackberry phones.
