Why can't I speak to anyone at o2????
The live chat is a joke of a service, the contact us page says they are open from 8am to 9pm but every time I phone customer services on 202 there is an automated message saying that
"The office is now closed, we are open from 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday"
My brain may melt.
