Bluetooth and calls

This month and last month the bill for calls went up by about £3.00 . O2 tell me its Prime numbers. Im not aware of prime numbers used. I hoped to save the list of numbers 02 provided online but it disappeared b4 i could save them.

Bluetooth is used on my phablet (tablet with phone) for calls. Would this be putting the prices up ?
