3G not working

Anonymous
Not applicable
My 3G is not working and I still have a huge amount of data to use. This is the second time in a couple of weeks this has happened and the only way to solve it is by turning the phone off and then on again.

Why is this happening O2?! Please sort it out.

Could be a faulty phone. Try your sim in another one to check.

Bear in mind that it is not imperative for you to use up all your data. wink

If you give us more information regarding your phone and whether you have checked the status pages then we can maybe help you.
