02 "Apparently DON'T do Samsung j5 dual SIM phone"

Anonymous

Totally regretting coming over to O2. I took out a contract with them for a J5 2016 dual SIM a few months a back.
1st phone come with a crack in the screen, no problem O2 replacement next day.
Next day new phone all good but not dual SIM so call them to explain simple fact that it's not dual SIM to be told they and Samsung have Never done dual SIM phone's on the J5!!!!!!
Is it just me or is the company pulling the wool over my eyes and is it possible to cansell this contract WITHOUT incurring any charges and just sending back the phone to the frauds?

2016 was dual sim but O2 probably have no stock now so the nearest replacement is J5 2017

If that’s the version that O2 have in stock then that’s what you will receive. If you want an older model then they will either have it as a like new refurb or you will have to source that particular version somewhere else

You just sound like the adviser I was talking to today.
She was saying the exactly the same to me.
"Think you should apply for a job with them"
But thanks all the same 😉

That’s because if that’s what they have in stock then that’s what you’ll get. They can’t give you something if they don’t actually have it available
