I upgraded my phone and contract around a year ago to the Samsung S23 Ultra. Part of the upgrade package was a pair of Galaxy Buds 2 Pro headphones for £1. A code was meant to be sent out but I never received this. I have spoken with O2 customer service at least 5 times and each time I am assured the code will be sent out within 24-72 hours. It never is sent out. I am sick of O2 lying about their offers. Has anyone managed to resolve this issue? I am very unlikely to continue as an O2 customer when they clearly have no intention of fulfilling their offers and promotions. Terrible customer service.

Finally, after nearly 12 months of trying, I have had this resolved by O2. I was sent a code that has worked and the headphones have been ordered. I am glad that they have finally come good on their side of the deal but it is still annoying it took them almost a year and 6+ times contacting them to explain the issue.
