I think @Enlli that many of us are unaffected by this as we don't buy our handsets from O2. 

 

But I suppose that you cannot blame O2 for wanting to highlight a perceived advantage over the opposition.

I'd contest the validity of point 1 - Refresh with its credit agreement Device plan appears to be a bugbear of the VAT brigade's:
