My contract with Aerial Direct still has several months to run, but they seem reluctant to do anything about my Samsung Galaxy A14 that has died for no apparent reason. Instead they directed me to Samsung who want to charge me for repair or replacement.

If it's out of warranty or deemed as user damage, it is your responsibility.

It's the same for everyone.
