I'm trying to upgrade online but when I go to the checkout I get the following error; We can’t log you in because of an authentication error. For help, contact your Salesforce administrator.

I get the same message no matter what browser I use or what device I use. I don't want to call customer services as it's not an emergency and they have more important queries to deal with.
