Hi all.

I'm trying to move a number to a new SIM. The number on the back doesn't start with 894411 and the online tool is saying that it is invalid. Am I missing something here? BTW, I'm trying to move from a standard SIM to a nano SIM

Thanks, Alex

If your sim number is 13 digits, just type in 894411 first.

Thanks for quick reply
SIM card has 18 digits in below format:

12345
1234
1234
1ABC1

Would the first 13 be the ones I'm looking for?
Thanks, Alex
