Hello,
I have had a business contract and an android phone supplied by O2 over 5 years ago. The sim card itself was replaced 2 or 3 years ago to try to fix a reception issue.
I now have a new iphone and the sim seems to work OK. Would there be any benefit to getting it swapped for a new sim card?
If so, what's the best way to contact O2, I seem to recall a form to complete but can't find it now.
many thanks
Rob

No need to change sim unless you're having any issues.
Do contact O2 and ask them to apply iData to your account (specific bolt on for iPhones).
If you want to change sim,the quickest way is in store but take photo ID.

O2 business support (at least the person I spoke with) hadn't heard of iData. However she did say she'd enable 5G on my account as I have noticed not getting any 5G even while travelling round London. We'll see....appreciate the reply
