I'm an O2 Business customer and just got around to looking over some past bills. I have travelled to the EU 3 times in the last 18 months and on those occassions I have been charged a huge amount for data roaming. I visited the Balearics and canaries. It totals hundreds of pounds. I thought data roaming charges were capped as of 2015? Thanks in advance for any advice on this.

Please look at this link:
which may provide some useful information.
You may need to speak to Business Customer Services on 8002 to get more detail on your charges. As we are all customers here we'd have no access to your bills.
Good luck and welcome to the forum
