Number from my pay has you go sim, still isn't transferred onto my new pay monthly sim

I went into one of your o2 stores yesterday to get help with transferring my number from my pay as you go sim onto my pay monthly sim only, contact sim.

Has  it is now over the 24hour limit and the my phone still reads SOS CALL ONLY INVALID SIM .

I am now getting very worried indeed has to when if ever i shall be able to used my phone.

I use this number for my businessand my customers are now unable to reach me on this number.

@EPU This is not o2 you are talking to here. We are all customers like you here. If you are running a business, you should really have a back up instead of solely relying on a mobile phone
