No Outgoing Calls or Texts Incoming Texts Only

I can only receive incoming texts. I cannot make calls or send texts. Any ideas?

Check the network status here http://status.o2.co.uk/ 

and check your account is paid an no outstanding bills.

Business customer services can be reached by the following methods http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus but try 8002 from your phone to see if that works first.
