Data all used prematurely

I have just received a message to say my data allowance is all used until January . Given today is my reset day this must be wrong. Did anyone else get this message?

No I haven't though it may be a glitch due to the outage

Most likely a delayed message.
Check you usage on your MyO2 web portal.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Not so far, my wife's phone recieved the same message so hopefully it is a glitch following the outage.
