My O2 bill fully paid but I still have no system. I can not even call the O2 customer service 🤬

It can take 48 hours for payments to clear O2's account.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm

When you do speak to them, arrange a Direct Debit which you're supposed to be on anyway and will avoid problems like this in the future.
