Issue with being cut off!!

Been cut off AGAIN!! 

 

My bill is not due until the beginning of October and have been cut off and I cannot call O2 to get a response.

 

Live chat is NEVER working so i literally have no way of contact anyone!!

The issue i have is they have blocked me from making any outgoing calls and texts!

 

For some reason i do not know why?

@EwaCas We are all customers with no access to anyone's account. You need to borrow a phone and call customer service using the 0800 number. That's as far as it can be taken here.

Do you not have a direct debit in place? Never a problem as long as there are sufficient funds in the bank

No one here has any knowledge as to why you have been cut off (again)

You need to follow the advice above and contact customer services asap.

As said previously, if you have a direct debit in place, this wouldn't happen @EwaCas
