Hi there, so I’ve been working from current address since September 2020, tethering to my work phone 4G as I live in a remote spot. I was receiving download speeds of 30mbps and uploads was around 8-10mbps.

Two weeks ago I noticed my internet was struggling to cope with a Teams video call with 10 people, and even a Zoom call with just one person kept freezing and messages advising low bandwidth and unstable connection.

Investigation on the O2 website, under check your network informed me there was an issue with the mast which was being fixed.

Saturday just gone the issue was reported to be fixed, I can a assure you this issue is not fixed, while the internet is more stable than two weeks ago, the speed is terrible - 6mbps download and 4mbps upload. I work for a computer software company and we’re reliant on being able to make video calls to communicate internally and educate our customers. I am currently unable to do my job due to the degradation in service.

Please will someone get in touch about the issues I’m still experiencing, I’d expect my service/network coverage to improve not get worse!
