Choose Microsoft active sync and sign in there.
Once done hit sync and it should pull it all in there.

I just added the email account and then ticked the options to sync calendar and contacts and exchange does everything else automatically.

Had to google AkrutoSync as I had never heard of it before. I learn something new on here every day!
