Final Bill and refund

I finished the contract at the end od May 2024. i received final Bill in June. i have not received my monet( refund) back to this day. Help!

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

My number has been ported from O2 to another network for 2 months now, and the other number is deactivated.Contact with the team has always been difficult, if not impossible.
