There is a business customers section that you should have posted in to get the correct answers.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@Tara yes it is. Your data will stop when used up until the next month.

You are normally notified when you have used 80%. You won't be able to go over as data stops once used. You will be prompted to buy a data bolt on if you should so wish.

I have a 20gb business data sim that I used over the Christmas period due to moving house & having no telephone or broadband. I was using this as a hotspot ... shockingly we received a bill for £3400 after just 20 days use.
We have this o2 sim through a partner so the issue we now have is o2 say it’s nothing to do with them and to discuss with our 3rd party partner but today’s they are very unsympathetic to our cause, aggressive in their approach & have been very unhelpful todate.
Does anyone have any ideas where we can go from here! Is there any help I can get and can someone tell me why it is that I could exceed the 20gb sims data. Why is it named 20gb if it’s actually unlimited?
