We are a partnership business with 2 x phones that were on a business contract until a month ago, (so now we're out of contract, but still O2 customers). We are closing the business so wish to keep both phones, (which we're happy with) and swap them to a personal contract. We wish to retain the number for one of the phones and aqcuire a new number for the second phone. I would normally phone O2 to sort this, but they're encouraging urgent calls only, so thought I'd try the community. A simple walk through the steps needed is what I'd ideally like. Thanks in advance.

Only customer service can do that for you. 
Call 8002 from your O2 phone. 
Choose any option offered to get put through to someone.
