The functionality to download the Billing Summary Report in CSV format is broken. It was working fine up until this month (the end of the financial year). Can you fix your software.

This is not O2 you are addressing here.

You need to call 8002 to speak to Business CS.

theres a known fault currently with this report in CSV- it is being worked on. You can download the excel version and convert it as a quick fix?
