Can ANYONE tell me how I can get an answer from O2? Their chat line seems to be permanently waiting for an agent, their complaints line keeps me waiting interminably and I can't find the information I want on line - I get empty screens when I try to find account details.

@Cognitix360 all contact details here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus but for live chat, you need to try a different browser. IE seems to work quite well.

Also if you are checking account details via My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 you might want to try a different browser for that. I had problems last week with Firefox, tried Chrome and it worked fine.
