Hi all my partner has been in Cyprus for the last 7 days and her Internet has worked fine.. she has woken up today and nothing works at all.. no Facebook no Internet and also WhatsApp does not connect.. she has spoken to customer services who have said there is nothing wrong with her account. We are stuck?? Can anyone help please?

Also worth mentioning that if O2 Travel is not active O2 will automatically cap your data usage in Europe to £43 (Inc VAT).

Tell her to switch the phone off,  remove the battery if it's not inbuilt into the phone for 5 minutes, clean the sim card and try it again.
